Pharmacology help !

I'm freaking out! Help. I'm attending Kaplan college and have a big test this Friday. If I do not pass with an 80 percent or above I won't be able to pass meds and will flunk clinicals. Which will mean I get the boot. This is a required score for the class in order to move on. I understand the formulas of desired meds divided by on hand multiplied by the vehicle. I am stuck on conversions. Are there any easy ways to remember the common conversions? I'm holding a 3.9 GPA and am just terrified I will fail and lose everything. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!!!

    Try DosageHelp.com,,,they have conversions on the website,,It's free and its for nursing students. I just failed pharm,,if i could found this website I would have passed. This website is interactive.,,I will pass it the next time.
