Persistence is paying off...

I was informed tonight that I was professionally recommended by the October Navy board for direct commission. Not out of the woods yet but this has been an incredibly tough process. This community solidified my resolve and helped me with keeping hope alive, for this I am truly thankful. Sometime in a couple days I'll post a timeline in regard to my process. Until then, everyone be good to themselves :]

    Good luck to you JJT! Not sure how AF works, but if it's similar to the Navy and all paperwork is done including your physical, you should be submitting your kit soon.

    With that said..my recruiter sent me my FINSEL this morning!
