From what I have seen, a lot of school nurses are evaluated very similar to teachers and that any clinical component is sorely lacking. I'm wondering what others are experiencing and if you think it is fair, equitable, and good for your practice. Thanks!

mine actually is pretty comprehensive to what i do. office management, organization, communication, handling emergency situations and so forth...
What i am having a hard time wrapping my head around is these darned SGOs - student growth objectives...

Shhh . . .don't tell anyone but I haven't had a performance review since I started here. I think they forget about me. That's ok with me.
