when did you take ur exam? today? april 1st? how was it? is it difficult i mean obviously u passed, but is the test different than b4? did you use kaplan?

i took my nclexrn in march 31 for pa bon. it was very tough . i had lots OF SATA questions , infection control priority,meds6

unknown nocalculations,matches 3 no not much of ped ormaternity.from the beginning to the end i had lotss

infection and prioriy question. omg !!! each question was like an arrow.i used kaplan review online live course

and finished all the QTs it was not that great score 51 to 55%qbank i did as much as possible .this is not my first attempt i took it for third time . the difference between previous exam and now is i took consistent effort in

anwering questions by following what kaplan decision tree and strategies . i took content q&a review by barbara irwin ...it was so helpful for making crical thinking . mostly i followed only kaplan.i didnt do exam cram . apart from that i used hurst review for content review. it was great content review . because i was away from school more than 5 yrs. and i was good procastinator so it developed lots of anxiety and in the previous exam i never slept properly i used even take antianxiety herbs . nothing helped. finally i decided to take live course did their assign ments and worshops ...it gave me confidence that i too can pass. i never thot i will sit for the exam swithin two weeks after kaplan course. saunders i did for elaborate studies that too was good i didnt do much questions .

finally what i say pray well and this will help focussed and determined. when u start studying start with out any destractions like phones frens,swithch off becos once ur e distracted it takes 20 mins to get back to your concenteration. so pPRIOTIZE who and which is needed now.

do content well and do q&a daily atleast 75 and read the rationale and verify it immeditely.dont delay.hurst was helpful

dont buy flahcards make ur own flash card s .becos as we start questioning more we tend to forget even

the easier ones.I DID 100to 125 qa daily. if possibel do 200 qa as much as as u.

when u study read the randoms facts also it helpme lot for infection control. good mnemonics are given. read pg 30 to 35 and 71 to 88 some hard questions were . many people advised not to study before exam i didnt follow it

properly i dont want to loose my focus after watching movie or goingout. i did atleast 40-50qa.i slept early. since i scheduled my exam in the morning around 10 . so always made myself free from destraction and used to do qa around that time even onsundays...so i can develop my peak of concenteration,memory. on the exam day morning i had good breakfast took carb and protein rich foods .omg!!! after 10 question u feel exhausted ...take deep breath and answer . take ur time to anwer first 10-20 qa correctly i mean as much as possible the best dont skip immediately. (as advised by kaps people). dont think abt higher level and lower do sincere effort to give ur best.surely u WILL PASS GUYS aND U WILL FIND UR NAME WITH LICENSE NUMBER...when i can pass who was procastinator ,depressed etc. U CAN TOO
