Does anybody know of an online RN program that I can attend? I have no college degree or credits to put toward the RN program. But I am unable to attend in person due to my job. I do better with online study vs. the traditional classroom study. Thank you in advance for your time.

I'm sure there are several prerequisites you could get out of the way online. However, for an initial RN license, I have never heard of a program that doesn't require clinical hours. Doesn't mean there definitely isn't a program out there somewhere, I've just never heard of it. And would be highly worried about a nursing program that didn't require clinical hours.
There are several ways to go from an associates RN to BSN or MSN online. But for the inital RN, sorry, I think you will have to do it the traditional way.

Doesn't Excelsior have an LPN to ADN program? No clinicals but only CPNE test with that one.
yes Excelsior College has an LPN to RN online program. The original post was:

I agree with above posters: for initial nursing, you need clinicals and these of course have to be done in a hospital/facility of some kind. Options:
1. Take online classes for your pre-requisites.
2. Get into a school that offers evening or weekend clinicals.
3. Take a different position.
4. Get a hospital job where they sometimes pay for you to go to school.
5. Network with others in your area to find out what is available.

Ah, I see. I was assuming she was an LPN but had no other college credits outside of that. :)

Rio Salado College in Tempe, Arizona has an accelerated 16 month RN program. The entire didactic is online, and all the prerequisites may be obtained online thru Rio as well. The clinicals are clinicals...must be done in person.
