ODU FNP 2018

Is anyone applying to ODU FNP program for Fall 2018?

Featured Replies

I have! I'm anxious to hear back. I intend to enroll in their DNP classes as well.

Nice! The wait for the decision is killing me!

Based on what's I've seen it won't be until May.

When do they usually make their decisions?

I am! I just submitted my application two weeks ago, they said they don't make decisions until the deadline (march 1st)

Great! I heard that it was usually around May, but I'd love to know sooner.

Did your application status ever change? Mine says submitted, but not complete. I have not heard from them on any incomplete portions.

My application status says complete. They also sent me an email after they processed everything stating it was complete.

I called today because my status did not update. I will call tomorrow to double check, but the admissions guy stated my application had been sent to the department for review.

I would double check just to be safe. I applied a month or so ago though, so maybe that's why mine has already updated. I got my BSN from ODU so they pretty much already had everything.

I checked online through the portal and saw the admission status changed to completed.

I was told that decisions are made in 6-8 weeks. Which coincides with finding out in May
