NVCC Spring 2020

I paid $54 for my book on Amazon used and I promise you there was no missing leaves,makings or any form of damage to the book. I couldn't believe that the used book was in such an immaculate condition! I purchased the code from the book store.

I'm not sure if this was ever mentioned here, but I was wondering where you all took your prerequisites from?

Hi Everyone! I’ll be applying by the end of this month and hope to see you all at orientation! Fingers crossed ?

Has anyone spoken to a graduate of the program? I’m so curious as to what a typical schedule would be, like how many days of classes + clinical there are?

Some of my prereqs transferred from my previous university and some I’ve taken through NOVA (online and in person)

Not a graduate yet however I start on the 19th. I will be going to school 2 days. You can stack your classes and one day clinical for this semester.

My transfer writing course was accepted and satisfied the “ENG 111” requirement. I took it in 2008. I would call the MEC and choose to speak with a counselor, they usually are more available than an advisor. ?

Thank you! So you will only have clinical once a week for the entire semester? Does the day/assignment change?

Yea no problem. Yep clinical one day a week for this semester. You get like 4 sites and a flow chart laying out possible combinations of lectures lab and clinical days so you have some fixed choices if you understand what u am saying.

We get to pick your clinical site and days next semester I believe

I think I do lol like they give you different options of possible schedules to choose from?

Im applying early Sept. Im so nervous. Hope to see you as well. Good luck!
