Nursing Theory

Hi all!

I have an assignment where I have to relate nursing theories to my care of a patient. My problem currently is that I have not been able to find a website that clearly identifies different theories. Most of them lead to links that are no longer valid and the others aren't very clear and state more about the theorist than the theory. Just wondering if you all knew any good resources for Nursing Theory. THANKS!!!
