Nursing Shoes.

Please share with me some comfortable nursing shoes. The ones that you can run all day without having any soreness. Thank you.

This is going to be so dependent on the individual foot and body.

I wore clogs for years and my feet, legs and back felt great.

Since I've gotten more into walking, hiking and jogging I've discovered trail running shoes (after first trying regular sneakers or running shoes) and they are my go-to now. I specifically like the treads on the bottom compared to that of a running shoe or sneaker. I wear them for my fitness activities and almost always when I'm out and about doing errands since I don't like to mosey around ?. They are very comfortable and have a secure grip. If I was back in the ED I would definitely choose trail runners.

Whatever you're looking at your best bet would be to get some ideas and then go to a running store and try a bunch on. They will have people there who can assess your foot and your gait and make suggestions.

Also compression socks help the legs feel great even if you don't have a bunch of varicose veins.

Thank you.

Hoka shoes have been the most comfortable for me in my 13 year career.
