Check out your state's Board of Nursing website- they should list accredited nursing programs and you can start with that. In my experience, night and evening programs aren't that common.
I'd look in to starting nursing prerequisites/corequisite classes first. It should be fairly easy to find those classes at night and evening times, and getting them out of the way now might mean a lighter course load during nursing school that would accommodate working.

Hello!! I live about 30 mins outside of Atlanta, Georgia. I want to go back to school to become a nurse. My only problem is I have to continue to work full time. I want to see if anyone knows a nursing school that offers classes at night and on the weekend? Please help. Thanks
