Nursing school and GI problems

I've been having a lot of GI problems lately (diarrhea, followed by constipation, followed by diarrhea), and general stomach pain. I know, I know, it sounds like IBS, but it came on so suddenly, along with a headache, and I have never had these problems before nursing school and this semester in particular has stressed me out to the max.

Has anyone ever gotten an ulcer/migraine/dx of depression in nursing school?

It sounds like you really need to make an appointment to see your primary care physician. It is never a good idea to self diagnose.
