I am an LPN and am currently attending classes towards my RN. I need to write 4 summary on current nursing journal articles. I am not sure where to look to get any articles free. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Does your school library have access to Cinahl? It's a database that leans towards nursing articles. If not, do you have another school in your area that does nursing or medicine? If so, you can visit while their library is open and go through their databases. Many of these online databases include the option to email an article to yourself. I make the most of my library time by gathering several articles, mailing them home and going through them to find the right one at my (haha) leisure.

click under "HEALTH" and if you go to advanced options, you can search for specific journals. I used to just do a general search under health, and then visually narrow down articles from appropriate journals vs. the rest.
It was the best tool for me to research nursing topics while in school.

The instructor has no advice? Is the library available?

we always used our library or an online journal search through the library at school, or Advance for Nurses has free magazines
