It sounds like you need good references, not opinions, unless I am misunderstanding. One suggestion: On a journal search tool like Medline, look for studies about dress and infection control. Example: In the specialty where I work (neonatal intensive care), we have to be careful infection transmission when providers wear long sleeves.

Yes I need good references. But why not and your opinions. Otherwise, I ask for your understanding if I make mistakes in writing. Because, I have problems with English (it's not my own language)... so please have consider...

Hi. I'm doing seminar paper. And I would like to have your opinion, about how a nurse should be dressed. But always according to a good nursing source .
