Hello, I wanted to know if it is acceptable for a nurse supervisor to send an email requesting in all cap provide a copy of your vaccination RIGHT NOW, is this email etiquette, if it is appropriate or not acceptable please explain how and why, because I feel disrespected and this person should be reprimanded accordingly. How should I proceed with this situation.

When it comes to emailing or texting anything in caps is considered yelling. It is very unprofessional and should be brought up to her supervisor. No one should be speaking to anyone like that and yes it is very disrespectful and unprofessional.

I would normally agree with you 100% but before going so far as reporting it there's a couple things to consider. Does this person always type/text in all caps? A few people do, either just not realizing it's considered rude or because they have slight vision impairment and typing in all caps allows them to read what they have written more easily.

I don't think this is worth a fuss IMHO. I'll be honest, if I ask that you send me something and you don't, I might use CAPS.
Not a big deal - not the hill you want to die on for sure
