Nurse misrepresenting self?

Is it illegal for a nurse to misrepresent themselves as a physician in a medical setting? If so, is this something you would react to in any way or stay away from?(due to a lot of nursing politics)

    There are laws that protect the label of physician just like there are that protect the label of nurse. You can't use it if you don't have it.

    Smells a bit like homework. But I think it is illegal for *anyone* to misrepresent themselves as a physician in a medical setting.
