Hey all!
ok so im a new grad looking for work in CA and finding it very difficult to find a job." No experience no exception" I have gotten countless rejection letters due to my lack of experience outside of school. Has anyone had any luck? Its been 6 months since i passed my nclex and nothing. Student loans are due and i'm starting to panic!

The job market here is very tight right now, as you know. Are you applying to RN jobs in different settings, part time or full time, even per diem? Maybe just getting any position in any nursing specialty would be a step in the right direction. I see new grad jobs from time to time, but not sure if you were open to "anything" or have a specialty in mind. I would ask around to any contacts you may know, who can lead you to a job. Good luck!

You may be able to defer you student loans d/t unemployment: call them and see what you will have to do. Hope it gets better for you!

You're not alone, there's 1000s of you unemployed right now. There's no special trick, it comes down to networking, making your resume looking phenomenal, being willing to humble yourself and take any job. Still not a guarantee though.

If moving is an option, what state/city would you suggest?
