NICU resources?

Specialties NICU

Hello! I am a new grad RN starting my level III NICU job next month. I did an internship and my preceptorship in the NICU, so have some familiarity, but obviously barely skimmed the surface of what I will learn and eventually be expected to know as a full-time RN in the NICU.

Do any experienced NICU nurses have suggestions for resources, books, videos, groups on Facebook or elsewhere, etc that might be good to help me develop a solid foundation? I'm hoping to study up and also network before I start my job in a few weeks.

Tips, suggestions, thoughts etc greatly appreciated. Have a great day!

Apologies for repeat thread of question previously asked. I'm learning my way around AN. I found other threads with book suggestions. I have not found a NICU nurse group on FB or social media where there is a lot of interaction and support, that is not facility specific. Does anyone know of a group for NICU nurses from all over? Thank you in advance.

I'm on "baby ANN" on FB - the moderator doesn't post a lot but it's pretty interesting case studies and everyone contributes what they think is going on with the baby. I'd also suggest you join NANN. Congrats on the new job!
