it really doesn't seem like she wants to work.
we have been short staffed for months so relieved that we got someone finally and that she is experienced. well, she seems nice enough but very slow and really miffed that she's going on her own this week! she's received more than the allotted amount of orientation and has gotten a lot of one on one time with her preceptor.
i've tried to give a bit of advice here and there, it doesn't seem to be appreciated.
even my supervisor said " i think she's going to give me chest pain".
my job is pretty sweet!!!! why????
did she really come into this thinking she was going to sit at a desk all day? the rest of us work pretty darn hard and it's tough when one doesn't fit in...
should i just shut up and worry about my own work? i like to do the team thing but not to just be rebuffed.
