HIGHLY doubt it. Ever hear of an HR person or education department working weekends?

Any facility that allowed weekend only orientation would be doing you a grave disservice. The slower weekend pace would not remotely prepare you for the floor's activity level on a weekday. You would not meet the folks that you need to meet: nurse managers, education directors, the occasional admin, etc.
Thank you😊.

It may depend on what part of orientation you are referring to and what your job position will be. Orientation classes are held during the week because that's when the teachers want to work and the majority of the people being oriented want to attend.
The actual floor orientation should take place on the hours/days you will be working. So in you have a nightshift weekend job. Those might be the times/days of your floor orientation. If they have a preceptor then. Otherwise it might be during the day weekdays because that's when they have someone working that's qualified to train.
So the answer is sometimes for some parts of orientation.
