New to allnurses.com......HELP!!!

Hello all...I need some help. I am new to allnurses.com and have been reading some of the messages that have been posted by members. I was wondering what Suzanne's program was and where I can get info on it....I am entering into my 4th year of the BSCN program in one of the Universities here in Ontario, Canada and want to take my NCLEX exam once I am done school. I have been told that the NCLEX is much harder than the Canadian Nursing Licensing exam, for this reason I want to obtain as much info as possible now to know how to prepare myself when I am done next year...I know that I may be in over my head looking into this so far in advanced, but its freaking me out!!!.....If anyone has any answers please help!!!!!!

Thanks!!!!!

You can look at Suzanne's sticky (above). Her first step is to get a copy of a book. She writes:

"Only book that is used is the Saunder's Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-RN (4th edition) or for the NCLEX-PN exam, the 3rd edition. That is all that you need to be using and actually everything else needs to be put away."

I had scheduled my NCLEX exam before I finished taking every practice question so I ran out of time to follow her program. You won't have that problem so you are already doing better than I.

It is a six week program she has after you get either a 75% on each chapter without reading it or a 90% after reading it.

Make 14 more posts here at allnurses before you graduate so that you can follow the rest of her instructions.

Good luck to you and welcome to what I think is the greatest place for a student nurse to be.

PM SUZAnn shell gladly help you. gudluck and wish you the best.

You need to complete first tip first before sending her a pm. All inof in the sticky so read and follow

I heard Suzanne's program is really great! I think I will buy the 4th ed. today and get started on the first tip...Im planning to retest sometime at the end of September - begining of October....Whatever I feel most comfortable and whatever Suzanne's plan will allow me to do. When does the next pm get sent off? - private message correct?

pm does mean private message, pm her once you have completed first tip and she will let you know when she is next sending. She does it every 2 weeks
