Hi All,
It has been an incredible journey, I told myself I would post it once I made it!! I completed nursing school in Feb. 2012, that's when my life changed forever. I had never really had respect for the exam, so I went in unprepared. I failed with 75 questions, I was devastated. I then found out I was pregnant and began trying to restudy and prepare for the birth of my child. I took it again, used saunders, hurst and pearson. I failed again at 265. I felt so alone, so hopeless. I then had to start over. It sucked, I was broke and depressed and about to give birth to my son. I kept on studying. I am in Florida and decided to challenge the LPN boards. We are allowed if you have completed and RN program. I passed on the first attempt, I landed my job in a SNF. I worked for a while and continued to study. It has been an incredible journey. I was so depressed at times, but I NEVER GAVE UP. I have now landed a job at a local, beautiful hospital on a MED/SURG floor and I am thrilled. I wish that I would of discovered MS.Sheila James sooner. I hope that if someone is feeling like giving up or frustrated with the NCLEX, just know that we can all do it. Please do not get discouraged. Never give up on your dream of becoming an RN or LPN. I'm glad I kept on trying. We can all do this, once you pass that exam, there is no looking back. Take care.

Congrats!!!
I used Pearson Comprehensive review. You can google her, if you are in the area it's really worth it. Exam Cram questions and answers was the only question book I used. Didn't care too much for Saunders. Good luck to everyone!!!
I am unable to reply to PM, anyone that wants to chat can write me here. I guess I need 15 posts.
Is it a book or a review course?
I did one of my three resources daily for about 3-4 hours each day (take breaks). I exercised, hydrated and consumed a proper diet. My three resources are Saunders online because of its instant rationals and fellow students said they had a few "select all that apply" questions. Hurst review videos and 3-125 question exams where you will see rationals. ATI has may avenues for all practice questions and videos. This is one of your biggest exams to take so please dedicate your time and you will have great results! Good luck to all!
