One thing that helps me is forcing myself to take breaks every half-hour or so. My brain gets sad and full after about that long, and even a five minute break can help me feel a little more relaxed.
And think about how great it's gonna feel when you're actually done! That's usually my best motivation ![]()
just reread your notes since it is overwhelming to go back your books unless you still have some questions then just look it up! go over like it's reading a story book and it will come back to you on the exam. take like a 10-15min break or walk and stretch your body. good blood circulation!!! good luck!:balloons:

Here I am almost at the end of my first semester in a BSN program! I am really happy except now I am REALLY stressed out about finals. I have taken one but have three left. There is so much information to cover I wondered if anyone had any suggestions on how to study. I have tried to whittle down the information as much as possible but it still seems daunting! Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. The three exams I have left are: Adult Care 1, Health Assessment and Patho.
