Need a research article

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place, but I am a student in need of a nursing research article, which I will have to critique. It must be current, include actual research, and have something to do with improving patient care using a new technique. Everytime I find something good, theres usually a charge, anyone know of a good free site, or perhaps an article itself? Thanks

I don't know where you go to school, but every school library that I know of keeps a subscription to a few nursing journals including the American Journal of Nursing. Go to the library and check a couple out. You will find plenty. My universtiy has an online indeses to articles and you can view, via the internet, pretty much every medical and nursing journal via keyowrd lookup.
