Hello, exoticoco,

I moved your post to the International forum. There, I think you will receive the advice you need.

In my opinion, since you have a choice it will be better in the US. That is if you prefer to go to a review center.

Self-study is much better I think. There are lots of good books out there.

Review centers here combine the CGFNS/NCLEX w/c I think is a no-no because they are diff. from each other. Just my humble opinion, though.

Welcome to Allnurses.com.

You will find it much better for you to prepare on your own. Just begin with the first step that I have posted on a sticky under the NCLEX Discussion Forum. All you will need to get is the Saunder's Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-RN.

Be aware that you will not be able to begin any of the licensing process until after you actually graduate from your program and have a completed set of transcripts. You will also need to get a CES, a credentials evaluation, done by CGFNS, since you graduated from school out of the country. This is required to be done even if you are a US citizen. You will actually need that to be completed before Florida will issue you permission to sit for the NCLEX exam.

Not sure if you were already aware of this.:balloons:
