I've been a traveler on and off since 1998, and at one time Delphi's TNT forums were busy, but I noticed that's not the case anymore. I've heard Facebook can be helpful, but I'm not sure if it's more for social purposes than employment.

Now, I choose the companies I like, and then go directly to their websites. I'm not a social media fan.

Very recently I was looking at contracts with RN Network, with Natalie Frisbee for a recruiter. I like her - she's experienced, efficient and very capable, IMHO, and that's not always easy to find. I also liked Rick at Trustaff, but I wasn't impressed with their insurance.

Ultimately, IMHO, you have to decide what's important to you, do a little groundwork, choose the companies that can fulfill that, and then speak to them. Be informed going in.

Good luck!

I have a couple good recruiters at a couple different companies. I look at whats available out there and where the highest pay is. Usually you can find it on company sites(that is usually out dated) and on facebook(premium job board has pretty good listings that are current). I ask my recruiters what their highest pay offers are and reference them with the data I have. I negotiate with them to up my rate where I want it to be. I have not been disappointed yet.

Thanks for your input saskrn, Argo. At this point, i'm just looking for names. Just a list i can compile. I would then go though them 1 by 1.
