Usually it is required that you meet state licensure for foreign trained nurse and have a pass in NCLEX. If the plan is to stay after you have done your Masters I think you will find a problem as India has a long wait due to retrogression for all EB visas

Before you consider doing any training in the US, please be aware that with your birth country of India, even with getting the Master's degree, you are not going to be able to remain here to work. There are many more applicants from your country that have the Master's already and those that are wishing to go for the EB-2 visa from India are looking at the same dates for visas, about 7 years back.

Please read the Primer at the top of this forum for all of the information that you need to have and be aware of. Please start with that.

Also you will be required to take and pass some English exams. By the looks of your post I would suggest practicing the language more that way you can get better at it. When it comes down to it, you really should have a good grasp at the English language because you're going to be speaking and writing in the language. You want to be able to chart like you're going court daily to protect yourself and your patient.
