Hello, I am an internationally educated nurse from the Philippines. Currently, I am living in Canada. I am planning to venture my nursing career in the States. So, based on further readings, I found out that taking NCLEX is usually the first step to grab a ticket to become a USRN. Some friends of mine told me that, NMI (Saipan) is one of the easiest way to get an NCLEX eligibility. My plan is to take get licensed in NMI and the endorsed it Massachusetts because that's where most of relatives are. Then, I found out that Massachusetts-BON requires either CP/CES/VS. So my first concern is, while waiting to be licensed in NMI, can I process for CGFNS accreditation already? And if yes, which one will I take? CES or VS? Because I know that at the end of the day, Visa Screen is still required to work in the States. So instead of taking CES, can I go for VS because after all, Massachusetts-BON accepts VS. Please help me with this. Thank you very much and more power!
