Need some encouragement

I took the nclex-pn last 8/25 here in california. My tests stop at 85 questions and after that i feel like i did not do really good. I feel like i was guessing on all the answers. I just feel like a total failure because i studied really hard for this nclex-pn. I'm just praying and hopefully I pass. I need to hear your stories about taking the nclex, the feeling after and results. Also, if anyone knows the percentages of people passing the nclex-pn with 85 questions. Thank you guys

Good luck. We all feel bad after taking the NCLEX and the majority of us pass. Don't get so hung up on the number. The number of questions is no indication of whether you passed or failed. Good luck!

I know how you feel I took the nclex rn 2 wks ago, 75 question and still dont have answer of how it went. After the 1st week of being close to a nervous breakdown I realized that I need to keep my faith and remember that everything happens for a reason. This site has helped me very much because I see that there are many other people, that feel the way I do. As for now I am somewhat more at ease and still waiting.

Good Luck!!! and always stay positive.icon7.gif

Hi dokkskie,

I just read yours and everyone elses post. I took my Nclex on Monday Aug 30. I went to my car and cried. I JUST knew I had failed, I felt so dumb. I was like you, seemed like I had guessed at all my answers.

Today, Sept 1.. I just found out I passed. I know it's hard waiting for the results, but you may be surprised, just as I was. I have had so much support between friends and family. I realized that if I was to fail, I would know what to study, how to study, and I would pass the 2nd time.

My prayers will be with you, I know this is a difficult time waiting for the results.

God Bless
