I am under investigation at a nursing home I'm assuming I'm fired because I got into an argument with a nurse the administrator called me and asked me if I ever talked about harming myself or anyone else because of some allegations. The allegations that was made against me didn't have anything to do with the argument between me and the nurse. Could I lose my license no resident was involved and it's been 4 days and I haven't heard anything from the state. No residents was involved.

You cannot assume you were fired. CNA's and nurses have arguments all the time. Losing your license is far down the road.
Think hard here...there was something you said during that argument, that led the nurse to believe you were homicidal/ suicidal. How angry were you?
I was angry but I didn't really argue back with her the more I didn't talk the madder she got. I had a gait belt in my hand and I threw it on the desk. The night before my coworker and I was talking about depression and he said if he knew he wouldn't go to hell he would've punched out a long time ago I told him I felt that and I battle depression to so I guess the wrong person herd our conversation and used it with the buses alligations.

Smacking a gait belt on the desk , is not homicidal intention. Whoever overheard that conversation, may try to use it against you. Now you know... do not talk about personal information at the desk.
Call HR in the morning and see where you stand.
Best wishes.
I contacted them today said they was going to finalize everything tomorrow.
Good luck, let us know.

Back in '93, while working ER/med surge, I got fired for arguing with another nurse.
I contested the termination, and an IDES adjudication was held via a long telephone conference call.
The adjudicator ruled in my favor, documenting something along the lines of, "Arguments between employees is not an offense appropriate to termination. Employees are going to argue. Since no voices were raised, or no verbal or physical threats of harm were made, the termination was not justified".
Just a point of reference.
