For those of you who have been accepted to accelerated BSN or BSN-MSN programs, can you please give me some advice on how to increase my chances of getting accepted.
I am interested in UNC-Chapel Hill's 14-month accelerated program (my 1st choice) and Duke University's 16-month program would be my second choice. I would also jump at the opportunity to attend UNC's 24-month program.
I had a GPA of 3.3 in my undergraduate studies and have been able to make all As in my pre-requisite courses. I am involved in some community service, but due to work and taking pre-requisites not as much as I would like.
I am scared to death that I will not get into either one of these programs after I have put in so much hard work of going back to school. What advice would you give to increase my chances of getting accepted to one of these programs.
