2nd interview, this time with HR dept???

Hello all,

Yesterday I had my first RN interview on the unit I applied for with the unit manager, interview went well. Today I was called by the HR department for a second interview with HR, and they told me to bring a copy of my licence, degrees, references, and so forth. I still havent been offered the position but this is definetely a good sign.

Does anyone know how the 2nd interview with HR usually goes? Is this a good sign im getting the job? do they ask more interview questions? what is your experience??

they may offer you the job, or they may be interviewing two or three people who made the cut after the first round. they may have you speak with hr because they will be offering the job and they'll need to tell you about the hr aspects. have to wait

and see!

congrats on making the cut and we hope to hear you got the job next!

Agree with GrnTea, you passed the first round the 2nd round is usually a handful of people who stood out with the unit manager. So you're still in the running, goodluck! you made an impression thus far im sure you'll do the same with HR

the more hoops you jump thru the closer you get to the goal

Usually it is the other way around... need to interview with HR first.. then pass to the manager.

Sounds like this is not another interview, but a formality.

Whichever... dress for the occasion and smile..smile.. smile.
