I tried a few different books with each attempt on the exam (passed on third) and I from them all preferred Saunders. A lot depends on what you are looking for in a study material.
I do Saunder's cd with questions and read the book 3 times
Is it enough?
I would say practice questions and understand the rationale to them especially the ones you get wrong. You already know your stuff the aim is to try and understand the NCLEX exam
Thank you
I do many questions and try to undestand NCLEX
I think the point is to do as many questions as I can, isn't it?

it'll be my first time to take the NCLEX-RN this May. but according to our lecturers from the review center where i enrolled in, it doesn't matter how many questions you answered in a day, but rather how well you studied each question that you answered, knowing and understanding fully the rationale for each question, whether you answered it correctly or not.
i hope this helps even a bit!
goodluck to us!

I took my NCLEX yesterday for the second time and passed, and I used
1. Kaplan 2008-2009
2. Saunders Edition 4 Comprehensive review
3. Lippincotts Review 8th edition
4. HurstReviews NCLEX-RN review
Plus, my friend had paid the 700 dollars to take Kaplan, and once she passed her online membership was goof til June so she gave me her password and I did the Q bank on there. I think what helped me was doing the Qbank and the Saunders I skimmed through the 2 days before my exam, and I am so happy I did because alot of my questions related to alot of stuff in there. I was not a big studier, I was not religious at questions, I did them every here and there, but for the 4 days before I tried to do as many as I could and looked at that Saunders book. Good luck:nuke:
