Nclex Test

Hi folks. I am a new member from GA, and I have enjoyed reading the posts. I haven't replied before...every spare minute used for studying/working. I just finished the NCLEX. What are the pass/fail odds when the computer kicks off at 75? It is going to be a loooong two days waiting for results, and I am nervous!

Welcome to allnurses.com! I moved your post to the NCLEX Forum, where you will get better responses.

Good luck!

Although I don't have any hard stats for you, I'd say in my few months of reading posts here that if you only get 75 questions, it's good news in the great majority of cases.

With that being said, you can't positively tell pass/fail strictly from the number of questions. People pass at 75, 150, and 265 just like people fail at those same levels.

If you search the site, there was a poll on here recently that asked your very question. Not sure what the current results are, but it could give you an (unscientific, unofficial) idea of the odds.
