Ok...breathe.
First post: what have been your weaknesses in your testing? What sources have you used? HOW have you studied?
The key to being successful in passing the NCLEX is based upon four categories:
1.Safe effective care;
2. Health promotion;
3.Physiological Integrity;
4.Psychosocial Integrity.
Understanding WHAT a question is asking you is key; however, don't count out a refresher course-it may help understand key concepts and help you understand how to apply it to the exam.
Second post: try contacting NCSBN or Pearson Vue for copies of your results.
Third post: open the letter, find out what it says, and go from there; if you passed, congrats; if not, see my post for the first poster.
Best wishes.
