Got my Nclex RN results today- passed it with 75 questions first try :)
I was reading some posts here and it breaks my heart to see people have to retake this freakin test. It is so stressful. I want to tell you all what I think helped me prepare.
I did not take a review course (had to work-out of money big time). I studied content and review from the Sauders Nclex review book (the blue one). But the actual review disc that helped me with the actual STYLE of the true nclex questions was this disc: NCLEX Review 3500 Study Software for NCLEX RN authors are: Lippincott Williams and Wilkins.
If you have a chance to go to a review course def go to one.
Good Luck to everyone- wish you the best. :)

That's a great tip! I also used that cd way back when it was called NCLEX 3000. The questions are very much like the actual test. Practice questions are invaluable when it comes to taming the NCLEX beast. Congrats on your passing. We will ALL be there one day. :redbeathe :heartbeat :redpinkhe

What did you make on the hesi? I have this disk and I won't be able to really STUDY for HESI because it's in the middle of the semester, but you just gave me a great idea about studying using this software. We have to make a 900 and I'm hoping reviewing these questions for a week or so will help.

Congratulations ga gir-- but I have a question for you... how many students graduated with you? Has the school gotten any better? I start this fall and just want to know what to expect and how to make it through.
