I have been out of nursing for many years, in fact never thought I could go back to nursing due to health. Now with new medicines I am able to work again. I took a refresher course with no problem, but find the nclex for rns difficult to study for. Is there any reviews out there that can help, if you can't seem to pull the information out of your head so you can answer the questions correctly? Is there anyone out there that would like to be a study buddy? Online is OK.

I found the Saunders book to be the most helpful. I just did tons of practice questions from the book's cd, reviewed the rationales for answers, and reviewed areas I was weak on.

You might consider using Suzanne's program with the fourth edition of the Saunders review book. You can find info about her plan in the stickies at the top of the NCLEX forum. Many people report that they were successful with the NCLEX after using her plan. Good luck to you.
