Hey guys!!
I just took the NCLEX RN Saturday. OMG it was the hardest test ever (my opinion). I was not confident after I left the testing site. I had ALL 145 questions and that survey thing at the end. ? I felt like crying. The past 2 days I have been stressed. I did the PVT trick and got the good pop up. I was still nervous. Well 48 hours has passed and I finally checked my quick results. I PASSED!! OMG that was a huge relief!!
Info: I finished school May 7. I started using UWorld that day. I did 75 questions a day. I did practice questions for 3 weeks on and off and took my test May 29.

I took my test on a Saturday and checked on a Monday, even though it was a holiday. I checked exactly at 48 hours and it was available. Did you check again?
It includes Sunday too. Your results should be available because mine was and I took it on a Saturday as well (May 29).

UWorld was the only thing I used. I did 75 questions a day and read rationales.

I just wanted to share my experience. I took the NCLEX on 6/8/21 in Texas. I spent all of that evening and yesterday reading blogs and watching Youtube video's about how to prepare for your next try. My exam shut off at 75 questions but I could only remember feeling really confident about 5 or so questions. It seemed like for every question I just thought, "well I'm just gonna go with that and hit next." The proctor was probably thinking I was crazy because I dropped my head every time I resigned myself to hit next. I used UWorld and was feeling good because I did all but about the last 200 questions. I also did ATI board vitals and did over half the ~3400 questions. I called my husband when I left going.... there were so many questions/answers I hadn't seen or I would get a question that I'd seen with answers that I hadn't. It was so frustrating to feel like I knew the topic but some of the answers were so obscure. I checked this morning and the NCLEX quick results still says results not available.... but the BON shows I now have an active license with an expiration of June 2023! I just want to say that I feel it is completely normal to leave that test feeling like you probably didn't pass and still be OK. Best of luck to everyone!!
