Have you ever been denied an RN or any other health-care related license in any state/territory?

If yes, State/Territory__________ Month __________ Year __________ Type of License __________

will he choose YES?? pls. help...

also, do the logo in the nclex form need to be colored since it is color blue or can it just be black and white? thank you...

Have you read the answer Suzanne posted yesterday? Your friend has failed local boards he will not be given permission to sit NCLEX until he passes it so should really concentrate on getting local boards done, before apply to the US. If he failed local boards then he has to declare it if he doesn't they will find out and can have a serious impact on his application both with the BON and Immigration

As mentioned above, this same question was asked by you yesterday and was answered. And there is no such thing as an NCLEX application, a person needs approval from a state BON after applying for licensure. When they get the approval to sit for the exam, it means that they have met all requirements for licensure except writing of that exam. Your friend does not meet the requirements for licensure in the US since he did not pass the exam.

If he never wrote the exam, then not an issue, but since he did, he will need to pass that exam before he can even consider working in the US, but with things the way that they are, he is looking at several years at the earliest. Much better to wait to submit things than to get denied.

If a nurse cannot pass the exam in their own country, there is no need for them to go elsewhere to work, they are not going to be able to do so. It needs to be reported that they did not pass, and withholding that information is grounds from being barred from the US.

Tell your friend to wait. There is a retrogression in place as well.

It is an application for Licensure as an RN, no mention of NCLEX on that application so not sure what you are even looking at.

And if it is your friend, let them handle their own issues. They need to take responsibility for themselves. And do their own work to get things done, there is no reason for you to be doing it, unless it is really for you.

hi.. i want to know the steps in applying for nclex in texas.. thanks.

hi.. i want to know the steps in applying for nclex in texas.. thanks.

I suggest you have a read on this forum especially the thread/sticky Primer to working in the US. As explained in the posts previous you are NOT applying for NCLEX but licensure to be a nurse in the US of which NCLEX is part of the process. There is a thread on Texas so do a search for that. The search facility is easy to use and just need key words

Since the questions on this thread have already been answered and the fact that you cannot apply for the NCLEX exam, but must go thru licensure with a BON, this thread is being closed.

There are already multiple threads on working and licensure in Texas. Please just do a search.
