Hello, please help me. I need to know how can I be able to take the NCLEX here in New York? I graduated from the Philippines and I didn't take the local board exam there. I am currently in New York for I am already an immigrant. Please help and let me know the process. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE. (Hoping for a response.)

You need to apply for a nursing license by examination as an internationally educated nurse. First you follow the requests for the credentials verification service of CGFNS (approximately 6 month process) once that report is complete you apply for RN by examination as an IEN. If the NY BoN feels your credentials meets their standards tug will be instructed to register for the national NCLEX-RN to secure authorization to test. From start to finish the process is approx 9 months
Everything is explained here:

Thank you! How do I apply for verification thru CGFNS?
The link is right on the site above. You go to CGFNS International, Inc. | Global Credibility | complete the application for CVS and pay the fees.
After I get the verification that's the time I apply for NCLEX?

You will hear from the board of nursing as to what steps to take after the application is submitted. Everything you need to do is explained in the links from the previous posts. Are you looking into the website? If not, click on the link above from JustBeachy.

Thank you so much!
It's a 6-9 month assessment process before you can register to take the NCLEX. Just be aware

How is your CGFNS CVS process going?
I haven't started anything yet. Are you doing your CGFNS too?
I had already received my NY RN license last year. I too graduated from the Philippines but didn't take the local board exam. I applied first to CGFNS online to have my credentials evaluated and then once approved, I applied to the NYBON.
