Hi everyone!!
I took the NCLEX PN yesterday and took me all the way to 205. I feel like I screwed in the tests and I am starting to review again for a retake though I have not received the results yet. I started the day worrying about my test results and trying to find relief to my anxiety...i found the this forum helpful. I have read all the threads and forums which are really uplifts my morale and spirit.. i have understand that the number of items is not an indicator of pass or fail...my perception have change though worried that while i was reading the threads, i can see myself in them worried about the test and finding out at the end of the day that they've passed... i hope that i get the same ending...
Wish myself and everyone well!

Everyone feels as if they have failed when they come out of doing the NCLEX regardless on PN or RN. Take a few days off whilst you wait for your results before starting reviewing again. Number is not an indicator with the exam as people can fail on min number of questions as can people pass with max number of questions
Good luck

Please do not start to prepare again until you actually have received your results. You may be pleasantly surprised.
Most come out of the exam feeling as you do.
Best of luck to you on your results, but do not try to second guess your results.

I posted in another area so sorry if you have read this post.
I took my NCLEX-PN today in Ca, and the computer shut down at 85. I had a lot of SATA, calculations that went from easy to a bit more involved and into peds calculations. I had a little of everything; priority was every where it seemed. I didn't think it was easy, but not as hard as ATI. It was very different that Saunders.
I just hope I passed!
Sorry this "post space" was edited and removed b/c I posted twice somehow.

welcome to the long agonising pain of nclex PN takers in CA. I took mine on May 19th and am still waiting for the mailman. Lets hang in there as we await our fate. Wonder what part of CA you are in.........
Good luck to all those waiting for results.
I'm in Southern California and took the Board in Anaheim. What was your NCLEX like, how many questions and what were your thoughts after the test?
I just read a post re paying the licensing fee (which I believe is 150) and then the results can be seen california bvnpt website. Does anyone know if we have to wait for results to come in the mail first and when subimt fee? And when notification does come, will that letter have the license number included as resumes/job interviews can get underway?
We need to wait for the mail.hehehe! I took the exam last monday and im expecting the result 2nd week of july.
Ave actually taken the nclex-pn twice. First time i got 205 questions and the second time 85. Am crossing my fingers on this one.
You have to wait for your results to be mailed to you from Sacramento then if you pass, you pay for your license then wait for another 2-4 wks waiting to it.
Good luck to you and us all as we wait.
