Hi everyone!
Just like many of you, I frantically searched NCLEX topics on here hoping for some comfort before my exam.
I just found out I passed yesterday! I just wanted to let you know what I did and how my exam was.
I studied for about three weeks. I almost exclusively used UWORLD. Its an amazing program. I took every single question and read the rationales. My overall percentage was 65%.
I made myself sick the day of the exam from nerves but I made myself pull it together when I sat down because test anxiety is the enemy.
When I started the exam, I was filled with dread because the questions I was getting were very simple. The computer cut off at 75 questions. I was horrified because I thought since I was getting easy questions, I was way below the passing line.
Turns out, I just knew my stuff! Uworld was so helpful to me and I felt like it overprepared me. The Uworld questions are very similar, but much harder than the NCLEX! If I have to recommend anything, is Uworld!!
If you're taking it soon, try to relax! It is a test of MINIMUM competency. If you know in your heart that you could go out in the world and be at least minimally competent at caring for patients, you will be fine! The NCLEX is NOT as bad as you're building it up in your head to be, I promise.
Good luck future nurses!

Congratulations!
It's great to read this because I'm testing Wednesday and the nerves are getting to me. I've used uworld, NCLEX RN mastery app, and am reading the 35 page guide.
Good luck!
