  1. We flush with 10 cc normal saline with every access (when gripper is on) and heparine 100u/ml every 30 days or everytime gripper is removed.
  2. I had the same experience ! And it was literally all thanks to Uworld ! Congratulations on becoming an RN !
  3. I have always been told never access a PICC with anything less than a 10cc due to the pressure limits that a PICC can handle (powerPICC)
  4. uworld hands down , it's so well rounded and the questions are actually harder than the NCLEX ( I thought so anyway). I just wrote my NCLEX a few days ago and it was actually easier than I expected because I used Uworld so much. 🙌🏻
