Um, this is post a joke? Because if it isn't and you truly write like this, I don't think your language skills would have sufficient for you to pass NCLEX anyway.

If it is a joke, well, it's just not that funny...

I don't know of anyone who has faced this. It seems like the consequences could be really unfortunate.

Maybe this can serve as a caution to others; study materials are of absolutely no use inside the testing center and can only cause problems. I'm a little surprised you weren't advised to relinquish them/not to keep them in your locker, knowing that you would be allowed to access your locker. Do they actually routinely allow study materials to be kept in the locker?

To be clear, you intentionally went to your locker. That's not an "oops." You are going to have to deal with the repercussions of breaking the rules. You were caught with a study guide in the middle of your NCLEX. That is going to be viewed as cheating, you can't get around that. You should check with your BON for next steps.

"The following items may not be accessed at all during your examination appointment (including breaks and until you leave the test center at the conclusion of your exam):

Any educational, test preparation or study materials"

You should have never been allowed to have a study guide loosely in your locker to begin with. Either this was a very lazy testing site or a troll.
