When you receive your ATT and go to book your exam you can choose test center and this includes a different state. If change of address I would suggest do as asked by the BRN/BON and use a change of address form

Have you reapplied for the exam, make sure you check with your local department, Georgia gives you up to 3 yrs from graduation to take/plus retake your exams. if you look in most books review books they all have different states locations and telephone numbers you can call and ask whatever questions you may have. if you are taking Georgia boards, there may be extra requirements since you are coming from another state. so make sure you do everything before you time expire, all the best.
