So, I've never been one to have much test anxiety, but something about Kaplan is slowly causing me to drown in anxiety. (I guess googling everyone other scores isn't exactly helping either).Overall my scores have been "meh" on the trainers
and I've been averaging 60-70's% on the qbanks.I've been studying the rationales, and focusing on my weak areas and why I'm getting the questions wrong, and I feel "ready" for the test, but if I'm going by Kaplan standards, I'm not even remotely close to being ready.Should I power on through with my studying and keep my test date, or should I push it back and focus on studying some more?
I also just got a 64% on the Readiness test.

I didn't do Kaplan so i can't tell, when it comes down to it though only you can know if you're ready or not. I personally rescheduled my exam twice when i felt there was more i needed to know.
Good luck

I totally understand where you are coming from... I test tomorrow. I have been doing Kaplan and did everything except maybe the last 60 bank questions. I was tempted to "finish them up" today, but instead chilled, cleaned my house, did some laundry.......
Really only you know if you are ready, but IMHO, I don't think most people walk in feeling like "I know I have this." And though most (someone said 80%) pass the first time, I don't hear 80% of the people coming out of NCLEX thinking that they KNOW they passed. Most are sweating just as hard after, if not more.
A good friend said to me "Take a deep breath put your hands on your hips in the superman pose and say YES I CAN.........No really do it right now......... Did you do it? OK another deep breath and WHEN you PASS we will have to celebrate!!!!!!"
So that's my advice to you....

I can't speak for Kaplan, or any test prep for that matter except doing some NCSBN question banks I did prior to my exam.
Take your time, if your stuck don't panic just go back to the basics ABG's, ADPIE, Safety, Prioritization, ABGs etc.
Just to give an update (because I never did like finding these posts without the final result) I PASSED!

When did you take the test? I took mine the 27th for the second time and it shut off at 75 and I've been freaking out since. There's no quick results in California and I don't have my results yet í ½í¸¥ I'm getting nervous. I'm too scared to do the Pearson trick. I'm hoping this Memorial Day weekend thing is just the cause of delayed results. It sucks that you never know when your results will get posted or when you will get the bad letter in the mail telling you you failed. Ugh
