NCLEX ADVICE!

Published

Hi, I've taken the nclex many times and each time I failed I'd wait a long while till taking it again because I get so stressed out. The last time I took it I just felt like I wanted to quit, but now I have submitted my application and ready to give it one more shot. I joined a review course 3 day class and needed some advice. I feel like it's been a while and I dont even know what to study anymore, so my advice is, should I start reading whatever topics before the class, or should I just wait for the class to know the right areas to study rather than stressing myself out right now figuring out what to study and reading all over the place.

Develop a plan and stick to it. You probably should wait to see what is said in the class. If you get another review book, just start with chapter one and go through them sequentially. Plan everything out on a calendar. Remember to prepare as if you have never tested. Leave nothing out of your preparation. And answer as many questions as possible, studying the rationales, after you have gone through the review class. Good luck.

I would act as if I was in school. Read the chapter(s) on the class/lecture that will be given so that you can follow along. Have you tried Kaplan?
