I'll keep a little log in here so people can see how I am progressing into the nclex. I have it in 9 days 1/11/14.

I am a BSN-RN Graduate.

GPA sucked because I had too many personal problems going on to a point where they allowed me to take leave. I still graduated on time.

Did ATI review which sucked. from school

I have a prioritzation, management, and delegation book I will cover. I need to focus on pregnant women, kids, women's health.

Weakness are erikson's stage, toys, etc.

So far management of care and what NA's can do is a little confusing. Some of the work an LPN/Reassigned RN would be doing are a little odd.

I will also be redoing all of the questions I got wrong on kaplan. I am glad they have that choice.

63% on Q7. Bleh, that was so long. I also had alot of interruptions during this time.

Sample test 1: 52%.

Sample Test 2: 64%. They are both hard =/

Ill do 3 and 4 tomorrow.

Sample Test 4 is SATA(upper level as well): 28(lol, some BS answers).

2 days until the nclex. Honestly I am now taking it easy. If I fail it, I fail it... I dont know what else to study and might as well just do moderate studying to prevent an extreme burnout. I feel ready.

I have a question...

I use kaplan as well. I enrolled a classroom course, 2 days before the class ends I had asked my instructor if i could do the readiness test like after i finish reviewing all my content books, and she had told me to do it because its "recommended" .. so i did and i got 55% and i felt like i could have gotten better score than this if... i didnt guessed answers and answered them as fast as i could - the drug computation i even just typed a random number just to answer it because my time is almost over...and stupid me! i dont even know i can pause the test.. starting from number 120 item all my answers were guessed answers not even a "educated guess answer", . I actually had planned to do that readiness test after my saunders book.. :( .. I still can't get over about that because i only have to do that once, it cannot be reset and i have no idea how to see my readiness assessment after im all done with my review , what do you suggest? :( .. thank you

I wish I could tell you, 55% is not bad if you guessed on all of them and typed random answers. I don't understand how you ran out of time? Were you using the book?

The readiness test was based upon upper division questions. There are plenty of people who had poor readiness but did the nclex in 75q

I ran out of time because i was using kaplan's decision tree and honestly its a little bit hard for me (i feel like a stupid) ... I am still getting the hang of it and I use saunder's book.. I plan to use kaplan's book after i finished my saunders, I am almost finished so I am going to do the videos with kaplan's book and with my notes from saunders. Coz I took down notes from saunders book while reading it.

and my current Qbank score right now is : Total percent is 51% ; Percent of items used to date is 28%

I havent done the question trainers 1-7 ..i plan to take them after i finish my saunder's book and see what i get since the instructor told us that QT 1 & 2 are knowledge questions...

the instructor had told us to get 60% on all kaplan's practice questions before taking exam to make sure to pass.. So I am hoping to raise that 51% Qbank to 60s and my Qtrainers too before I take the exam :( , i just don't know how to reassess myself after everything is done since I cannot reset my readiness test :(

You are supposed to do the q trainers before the q bank.
