Feb 9, 201016 yr I did not do anything special, just one click on the file. The pop-up window will ask you if you would like to open the file or save it.That's it.

Feb 12, 201016 yr You have Chovstek's and Trosseaus's signs under hyomagnesemia. I know for a fact that these conditions are caused by hypocalcemia(low calcium). Not good to give students false information.
