Mar 31, 20179 yr What is the best way to handle having multiple nurse manager job interviews and opportunities if the first one is making an offer? I want to check out all the opportunities before making such an important decision. Apr 1, 20179 yr How far apart are the interviews scheduled? It's not uncommon to take some time to think about an offer before accepting. Just say something like, I appreciate your offer. I'd like to review the offer letter and think about it. I'll get back to you by the end of next week.â€
Apr 7, 20179 yr I always ask for time to consider the offers. The last time I accepted a position, I took two weeks between considering the offers and negotiating pay. To be fair, I know the employers because I live in a small town kind of area. So they both knew I was weighing the offers between each other. There were no hurt feelings when I made the decision. In the past, I would sit on an offer for about a week before making a decision. I always told the employer I want to be sure the job was the right fit for me and them.
Apr 8, 20179 yr Experts I circumvent this problem by applying for one job at a time. It is just easier, as I see it, to deal with one set of circumstances at a time.
Apr 10, 20179 yr You might buy yourself 5 business days. The position that is my top priority I let them know I am interviewing multiple places. To have more than 5 five business is uncommon.
