I am getting ready to start the online BSN to MSN at WGU. Has anyone completed the program in 12 months? If not, how long did it take to complete?
I have also been trying to decide between an MSN in Leadership and Management or Education. In your opinion, which degree has more versatility and value?

I'm probably going to go to WGU for my masters, and plan on education. I have NO desire to go into management. I think it all depends on what you want for your future. So, for me, education has more value.
A friend of mine (from nursing school) got her masters from WGU and it took her just over 12 mos. She also worked full time and is a full time mommy. I think it took her 15 mos. She is now a clinical instructor at one of the local nursing schools.
